RLS not working properly after it is refreshed

I have created roles in power bi desktop and published my pbix file. RLS works fine. But when I refresh the dataset , RLS doesn't work anymore. If I again republish the dataset it works fine but when we schedule a refresh and check then RLS doesn't work. The data gets refreshed but RLS doesn't work. Any known issue with this.
