RLS Management - Create & manage roles on BI Service

Hi all,

I'd like to suggest adding the functionality to create and manage RLS roles for reports on the BI Service. It becomes a somewhat lengthy process to open a PBIX file to add or adjust any amount of roles and re-publish the report. It would save a decent bit of time to be able to do this all within the Service rather than having to take it offline.
