RGB colors and Eyedropper

Enchance ability to make Report beautiful and easy to create. Add Support for RGB colors and Eyedropper to get color from somewhere else

When we design the layout and visuals, if we have an option to pick the color from the screen (like in Paint), it will help us to select the colors without going to find the RGB values. Now if we want to find the exact color, we will take the screenshot, put it in paint, find the RGB values and then convert into Hex. we can avoid this if we have a color picker in the Ribbon.

It might be a good idea to incorporate a Color Picker in Power BI Desktop. It will help us pick colors from samples.
