Quick measure: Add RANKX Function

RANKX function should be added in Quick measure window(April 2017 Update), it would be helpful while doing the "running total" based on the ranking of particular column. For example if someone wants to perform "running total" based on sum of the sales and wants to create a Pareto chart then Ranking would be helpful in this case.
