Quick Measure - monthly Min/max for previous 12 months

Quick measures to determine monthly Min/max for previous 12 months and or current year. Even better if i'm using a date hierarchy, use the next level down of date. IE Hierarchy is Year, month, Day. At Year show Monthly calc, at month show daily calc.
