Python Script in Power BI

It's great that Power BI already has the capability to run R scripts for data transformation. It would be even better if we could run Python script.

It would be great if you provide the Python language support.

We are planning a ML pipeline in python, it will be a tremendous improvement to be able to integrate it directly in PowerBI the results.

Python is the easiest language for the business user (non-programmer) thus it is a perfect match for Power BI (which is also intuitive for the non-programmer). This seems like an easy decision. How many votes are needed? There are over 1,100!

I'll add to the Python support. I currently am an Adjunct Instructor at a local University and am teaching Python and I am a BI developer using Power BI. Please, please, please add Python support. You added it for SQL 2017 and I am anxiously awaiting Python to be added to Power BI!!

Yes please! As a data scientist, I use python daily. It would be nice to seamlessly work with data using python in Power BI as well. I'd like to be able to import "pickled" data, and use python workhorse libraries such as numpy and pandas. Even better would be integration with matplotlib, so that my custom plots can be easily published and updated.
