Issue is not resolved! I still am unable to publish ANY pbix files from PBI desktop. This includes files that I had repeatedly published previously as well as new files that I just created today. And I am using the latest PBI release - 2.39.4526.362 (32-bit). This has completely stalled our ability to track performance metrics as all data in PBI online is stale. Please help!!

yup, this is bigger than an inconvenience, this is breaking client facing functionality and availability, please let us know the status of this repair

I have the same issue. A pbix file that I have never had any issues publishing to the service suddenly comes up with this error - An error occured while attempting to publish 'xxx.pbix'. Publishing failed for an unknown reason. (FailedToRefreshPackageAfterImportError) If I change the file name and do a new publish it works but that gets rid of all the work I have done in an Analyse in Excel file and also means that I need to re-share a new file so not a great option.
