I also started to experience this issue last week, i.e. dashboards will not refresh when pressing the Publish-button. It should be fixed soon, please!

I also started seeing this error the past week. I can no longer publish updates to my report. An error occurred while attempting to publish 'test.pbix': Publishing failed for an unknown reason. (FailedToRefreshPackageAfterImportError) My data source connects to an internal URL that returns JSON. It refreshes without any issues in power bi desktop.

I'm having the same problem - it started about 12 hours ago. After deleting the target dataset, I noticed that further publishing attempts have been leaving dataset and report objects on app.powerbi.com. They are in an error state - all I can do is delete them.

I also started experiencing this today, when I attempt to publish a file that I have been regularly publishing, in the past.
