Every report and dashboard pages should have a column for Date Published, modified and by who just like in Windows

There is a work around for this. in the Query Editor create a blank query and let Source = Table.FromRows({{DateTime.LocalNow () }},{"Date Published"}) then change type to datetime and set that value in a card. The time is UTC so you may have to convert in a measure but it does work fairly well
