When publishing from Power BI Desktop, the pop-up shows a simple list of available workspaces (choose one). The publisher cannot determine which workspaces were published to last, potentially leading to out of date and orphaned dashboards on powerbi.com. Add a few features: 1) Check box beside each workspace (checked means published) 2) Republish the update to multiple workspaces based on checks by cycling through each ...this should be viable as PowerBI already has logic to call out when it's overwriting an existing data set.

- coconnorNew MemberWe publish a number of dashboards each week and would like to be able to publish them to multiple workspaces simultaneously. We've been experimenting with Microsoft Teams and I've found that even though we all have Pro licenses and dashboards from a private group have been individually shared with other users, then still cannot see those dashboards embedded on a Channel tab. My only guess is that this is because they are not members of the private group workspace we are publishing to. I could create another group and associated Team space, but then I'd have to publish all the dashboards twice and I'd like to avoid that if possible.
- jschlereth21New MemberIt would also be nice for the report to "save" the checks for the workspaces the report was last published to for faster publishing. It would also be nice for the data refresh cycle to be consistent based on this, single report.
- klementssonNew MemberReally needed, another way is to publish to a central store and then create a link in all the workspaces that should see the report.
- fbcideas_migusrNew Membercan the result window that appears following the refresh also indicate to which workspace the refresh was carried out?
- chris158New MemberThis needs to happen. The app architecture is great but it can be tedious to maintain when you have reports that must be maintained in multiple apps.
- teresa_dannaNew MemberYes - we need this yesterday!

I honestly can't believe this feature has not been added yet.
