Public Sharing and Private Link Configuration

We enabling the Private Link in Fabric Administration, the functionality to share PowerBI reports public (publish on internet) is disabled. I would like to be able to differentiate between workspaces (some secured with a private link, e.g. via a fabric capacity) and other with Public Acces (e.g. with PowerBI Pro license)
