Provide more actionable and descriptive error messages in Fabric (KQL, pipelines)

Description: Current error messages are often unclear and require debugging effort.

Errors like bag_pack expects even arguments are not helpful.

Current behavior:
Errors lack context and actionable guidance.

Expected behavior:
Include failing expressions and suggested fixes.
