Provide dotted line type in chart visualizations to display target values

In the chart visualization, we would like to use the same data color for both the budget and expended monthly data, but then change the line type for the budgeted data to dotted or dashed. This would allow us to show multiple budget vs. expended categories together while keeping all visually readable. Thank you in advance...

customize appearance of line values: from solid to dotted, or to specified color.
