Proper Printing of Tables

There needs to be a way to print tables which have too many rows as to fit on one page. Additionally, the inclusion of filters and data slicers should be at the top of each printed table/matrix so the user knows what he is looking at.

The visuals in many reports only show some of the information. It would helpful when printing the report to print the entries content of the visuals.

I currently have a report page that has more data on the screen than can be displayed without scrolling down. When trying to print this data you only get what is displayed on the screen and not the complete list of data. Please make a way to print the entire report page with all the data

Print all records of a Power BI dashboard (filtered or not), not only visible ones, from the browser and from BI Desktop. Maybe with the possibility to save print layout/dimension for each report. The current feature is handy but not too far from a screenshot.

Hi there, We request MS Power Bi team/experts, to consider this request/idea to develop in the coming update (November 2020). 1. MS Power Bi allows users to export data to .csv format which is good 2. MS Power Bi allows users to print the page from power bi web but with extra information, like header, slicers, buttons, which ever informations are available on report, same with focus mode. 3. Our need is when we print from visual like matrix/table (the option which power bi has export data to .csv format same as point 1) similar extract of the data required in printing hard copy. this was originally proposed back in 2016? It is now October 2021.... how many votes does this need to get MS's attention as a must have?!

Print options are really bad and annoying in BI. Such a simple thing as printing a table or matrix completely shouldn't be a big challenge for MS.

Not having the possiblity to print adequately is a NO GO for such an tool!

how can one live reasonably without the possibility of printing? Reasonable also means at least basic formatted. We are waiting for this functionality

Paginated reports are designed for printing tables and matrices that are multiple pages long or wide. Consider using a paginated report for tables you want to print.
