Privacy Levels setting isn't kept when sharing pbix to other people

Privacy Levels setting isn't kept when sharing pbix to other people despite CURRENT FILE -> Privacy on Options dialog. The settings under CURRENT FILE should be saved in the pbix file. Only "Privacy" setting has the issue, other settings under CURRENT FILE, eg, "Data Load", "Report settings" are remained as saved in one machine even after sharing it with others.

Unless this is improved, when owner shares the file with the privacy settings set, other people shared the pbix must configure privacy settings again. It would be painful.

The same applies to all the current file settings, they are also not saved in to PBIT files too. It would be great if they were.
