Prevent Power BI Desktop from opening the same file more than once

There have been times when I double-clicked on a PBIX file that was already open. That results in having the same file open in two instances. When I discover my error, it's hard to determine which to save and which to discard. I may have made changes to both!

When double-clicking a file that's already open, Power BI should simply switch focus to the opened file.

This happens every day! I usually have 2 or 3 different pbix open at once and it's hard to remember which is already open and which is not - it would be much easier if PBI would just bring up the already-open file instead of sometimes having 3 versions open at once.
