Pre Download or Cache a Power BI App on iPad

My users use a Power BI Dashboard app on their iPad during meetings. In these meetings they need to flick between different apps on their iPad. Users find that when they go back to the Power BI app it starts refreshing again so would like a way to have it 'pre downloaded' or cached to save this from happening.
