PowerBI desktop gets stuck when credentials change

Logged into PowerBI online via Edge, was prompted to change expired password and did so. PowerBI Desktop was already open, updated file, clicked on Publish to both save and publish, the Sign in to your account windows pops up, but the Working on it window is on top of it and it's modal so I can't get to the Sign in window. So it's stuck here, and I'll have to kill the process.
