PowerBI Azure Map - Add a measurement tool (feet, acres, ect.)

Add a measurement tool that will measure feet, square feet, and acres etc. for the end user with the selection tool. An example use case would be measuring how many feet of an underground water line utility reference layer would need to be replaced.
