PowerBI App support for O365 workspaces for sharing data/visuals

Need to be able to share data to another O365 workspace via PowerBI App and allow them pin report components into their dashboads. This is a comment scenario in the enterprise. A team that builds and maintains a Prod report needs to be able to share into other team's workspaces so they can pin the KPIs into their team dashboards. This is currently only available via Content Pack, but then you have to make a copy of the Content Pack, which is messy and allows them to make changes to the report.
