PowerBI App Limit in the Tenant

We currently have over 50 workspaces and are planning to created an APP for each one.

According to Microsoft documentation on Power BI, there is no mention of an app limit, so we proceeded to create 50 apps.

However, we've discovered a restriction that allows users to view only 24 apps.

While we can create all 50 apps, users are limited to seeing only 24 of them.

We submitted a ticket to Microsoft regarding this issue and received updates indicating that this limitation is present in the user interface but not in their document.

We expect that all apps will be accessible to the users we've shared them with, as they all hold Pro accounts.

We are requesting the product team to increase the app limit, as we have migrated all our on-prem SSRS to Power BI and are currently facing this issue.

We hope Microsoft will recognize this need and raise the app limit, updating their documentation accordingly to prevent similar challenges for other customers.
