Power BI read table/column description metadata from source database (eg Snowflake)

I'd like to see Power BI read and populate metadata from database source tables/columns and populate the description field in the power bi semantic model for those same tables and columns.  Instead what I have to do now is maintain that metadata in two different locations (Eg maintaining table/coulmn description in Snowflake) and maintain that same metadata in my power bi semantic model.
