Power BI "You Don't Have Access" Error

I have a user that I shared a dashboard with. He is an individual user that signed up with the free license. He is unable to access the dashboard I just shared with him, but when I log-in as him, I am able to access the dashboard. Has anyone been able to figure out what this is? I saw a post awhile ago that had no resolution.

Identity issue with MSA and AAD...not a bug or Live Site issue

Sounds like his ORG ID is also Microsoft Account and our identity system is confusing the two. You will need to open a support ticket (http://support.powerbi.com) to have the engineers trouble shoot it. Chuck
