Power BI "Filter" pane position

My Power BI users are frustrated that the standard Filter Pane is on the right-hand side of their visuals. They would like to work left-to-right:

1. Choose the Page
2. Specify the Filter
3. View the results

Without the need to maintain Slicers/Visual Groups/Bookmarks, can we change where the standard Filter pane appears in relation to the results pane?

e.g. Filter Position:

• Left of results,
• Right of results,
• Above results,
• Below results
