Power BI personal gateway offline issue

Last two days I am getting Power BI Personal Gateway offline. I have installed the latest version of gateway (from July Gateway Updates) When I am trying to run Gateway I getting: Please wait we are looking for few more things. But at the bottom of this window I am getting a warning that 'Access is Denied' I am also unable to uninstall or reinstall the Power BI Personal Gateway. Can you please help me to resolve this issue?
