Power BI: how to pass parameters to [Url Publish To Web] to filter data chart

'- While embedding BI WebPart to other system, How can we pass the filter parameters for the web part o ex: from date, to date, projects,.. - May we have 2 BI WebParts embedded to other system to link, and/or have relationship between the two o ex: in my own CRM dashboard, I embedded 2 BI webparts with much more other component in the SLT dashboard  Spent Efforts per Projects for the specific account  Spent Efforts per Developers for active Project for specific account May we link both we webpart, so that when we select active project from Projects web part, the other WebPart change its active to the selected project. And much more complex drilldown to be link between the two.
