Power BI cloud is failing to get connection to Quickbooks Online

Hi Using the Quickbooks online get data source is failing as of recently, once selecting Quickbooks online the message "Please hold on while we load a few things..." keeps spinning for ever with nothing happening. The desktop connection works, and the a while ago the cloud connection was working. Please advise.
