Power BI WIA suuprt ADFS

Does the new version (2.38.4491.282 64-bit - August, 2016) of Power BI desktop supports Windows Integrated Authentication (WIA) with ADFS? In previous versions of Power BI, I have to enable Form authentication in ADFS in order to login to office 365. In this new version, I was able perform SSO to office365 using WIA on the initial login when I launch the desktop. But when I logoff and still with the desktop running, I am not able to log back in using WIA. I have to exit the desktop application every time for WIA to work.
