Please Please create refresh schedule in PBI service that allows for monthly, quartery updates in addition to daily and weekly.  Yeah yeah...you'll say hey you can do that in power automate.  I say why make folks do more clicks...please embed.

You can use the Fabric scheduler to set your frequency of refreshes or even have more granular and specific schedules by using a Data Pipeline.
