Power BI Service "To see this report upgrade to power bi pro"

I have two report services on PBI with daily refresh data from SharePoint. Now one of the reports show that it contains Power Bi Pro content and "To see this report upgrade to power bi pro". The only thing that might have triggered that is a multiple refresh within the day. If 2 datasets are refreshed from sharepoint at different intervals per day, is that considered multiple refresh within a day? They are from different data sets. I am connecting directly, and with oAuth credential.
