Power BI Matrix Visual Horizontal Scroll Bar Issue/ Enable 'Unfreeze Row Headers' option permanently

Dear Power BI Team,

I've encountered an issue with the Power BI Matrix visual where the horizontal scroll bar disappears, so we are not able to scroll from left to right for matrix visual and not able to see full data within the rows.

As we are aware of the freeze/ unfreeze options of the row headers, if we select 'Unfreeze row header' then horizontal scroll bar appears but it will not permanently enable so it would be great if it publishes reports in the unfreeze state for ease of access.

Please verify this Bug, to permanently enable horizontal scroll bar for matrix visual and I believe that this addition would greatly benefit Power BI users.
