Power BI | Enable or Disable all datasets Refreshes at Once from Tenant settings

Need an feature to  Enable or Disable all datasets Refreshes at Once from Tenant settings or have an Admin API in acheving the same task. 

Currently, there is option to enable to cancel for specific Dataset and API too but want in one feature for all datasets in a workspace or all workspaces to run in one shot.

Or at least provide the ADMIN REST API endpoint that will enable us to stop active refresh, and cancel any refresh schedules without having to take ownership of the artifact.
