Within Power BI Service and Desktop, I want to be able to hover on a Filter Panel Card and view the field's associated metadata description (when applicable).
When the report developer has provided metadata, it is frustrating that it does not appear for end users when they are requesting additional information regarding a field's source prior to applying a filter (specifically when the end-user only has view permissions).

To display a field's metadata description in the filter pane in Power BI, you’ll need to use the field's description property—but with a caveat: as of now, Power BI does not natively show field descriptions directly in the filter pane UI.
