Power BI Desktop (on-premises) - any way to create scrollable area?

I'm looking to include a set of data slicers/filters along the left-hand side of my on-premises Power BI report, along with a group of tables to show the data values selected by the slicer. It would be great to place these, and only these, visualizations into a separate, scrollable area within the report, so that I can maximize my screen real estate.

Im only a few years late to this post but yes I have a similar requirement, I need to keep slicers at the top of the page visible whilst scrolling through the rest of the page, ideally this would be achieved by adding a scrollable shape that can carry any visuals within its area.
