Currently we are using a third party connector to pull data from ServiceNow. It doesn't allow for joining of any tables or utilizing dot walking to link tables. On top of that, the automatic refresh is hit or miss. When it works, which is rare, it's fine. The majority of time it fails to query ServiceNow, resulting in no errors thrown but a zeroing out of all data in the PBI report. A native connector within PBI would help resolve these issues of data manipulation and data refresh.

I can't believe there is no connector so far. I was excited to see the initial Content Pack from 2016y, why is that deprecated, why not have app service? It would be really useful.
