Not a duplicate idea. This idea would allow users to edit the queries as well. although you can access ServiceNow through the Web Data Connector in Power BI desktop

This would be very useful connector to have, especially as the native reporting within SN is pretty cumbersome...

Support for Requests and Change Request not just incidents is really needed to make this useful for us. Is this coming?

Could we get a more configurable connector? Defining tables/queries for gathering data would greatly improve the viability of using Power BI in conjuncture with ServiceNow.

The ability to query the sc_request and change table would be awesome!

The Incident connector is great, but access to additional other tables/classifications like Tasks, Surveys, etc. would allow much broader connections and deeper analysis of the data.

Currntly only Incident table data is available. Tables which needs to be fetched in Power BI from service now are 1) Task SLA [task_sla] 2) Configuration item [cmdb_ci] 3) Incident metrics [incident_metrics] if possible.

needs to be a native connector so we can bypass the odbc 10000 rows limit and not have the web service based connection for connecting to entire set of tables both delivered and custom in ServiceNow.
