The ServiceNow Content Pack is very limited to what I need. I need to analyze only one major customer in the enterprise ServiceNow instance. Will need a proper customizable connector

This would be very helpful if the connector would have more functionality than what we have. Even the ability to filter incident data would be extremely helpful.

We need this as a priority. Building dashboards for reporting in a tool such as this will greatly reduce the time spent manually extracting data.

Using ODBC but not able to use it for auto refresh DSN is not visible , need something viable and obvious solution.
