Power BI Admin Takeover App Workspace

The Power BI Admin Role should be able to perform an Administrative Takeover of and App Worskspace. Currently the only way to perform administrative tasks in that app workspace is to have the app workspace admins credentials restored/reset. This seems unnecessarily complicated and for some organizations requires approvals from Human Resources or COO. The Power BI Admin role should be a true Administrative user and be able to perform all functions any other role can perform within the Power BI service.

I completely agree. This functionality should be exposed via PowerShell.

Very frustrating not to be able to administer any/all workspaces as the global/power BI service admin....could not agree more and would appreciate an update on this request when possible - thank you

Our workaround for now is to create an Azure AD group and add that group as Admin to all the App Workspaces. But if this feature request is implemented, we wouldn't even need to do that. Definitely needed feature!

Agree..we are power bi admin, but dont have access to certain workspaces n nees to get access from the owner of workspace.....weird
