Power BI API to Change Subscription Owner

There needs to be an API end point exposed to allow the programatic changing of the owner of a subscription. In an organization with centralized datat reporting, there are only one or two people who are creating all the subscriptions. If one person leaves and their account is deleted it is not known what will happen to the subcriptions.
