Plotting dates in Y axis

For Project Controls a very useful chart is called Milestone Trend Analysis. This requires to plot the evolution of the planned dates for certain milestones over several reporting months, hence, requiring dates to be plotted in the "Values" or "Y axis" of a line chart. It would be very helpful to allow PowerBI to plot dates in both X and Y axis.
