Please extend Dataflows and ML capabilities to Free users (of course limiting the processing power/storage). This would be great for learning purposes and would also help a lot in making these PBI tools more popular and increase the adoption.

- Guys this is awesome. What about Free or Pro users. Why are we left behind. At least give us reduced version of capabilities. What about small companies with fewer employees but huge database? It seems MS only target is big corporates and not small start-ups with huge potentials to grow.
- This is a must have feature!
- Since we can't experiment with these features on our own non premium license, we can't work these solutions at clients (who might have premium licenses). Give us a way to develop these models using our own hardware and that production runs require PowerBI Premium licenses.
- Power BI team, how are we going to learn if it's in Premium only? Make it please limited version for learning purposes only.
- IF this feature is free the progress of finding bugs and flaws will be much quicker as more and more people trying from different angles
