Place to see all existing subscriptions (standard and dynamic) as Admin

Hello,

Currently, there is no place in Power BI Service to be able to monitor all existing subscriptions.

When you check from the home menu > Settings > Notifications, you only see your own subscriptions.

When you check from a workspace, you see your own + all the ones created by other people in the current workspace.

But there is no page to check all subscriptions (own + other people) created across all workspaces.

That would be useful for monitoring purposes.
