Pivot tables and breakdown trees

The current version of Power BI visualsation framework does not support access to the previous levels in a drill-down. I.e. you only get access to the current level when rendering. That makes it very hard to develop visualizations such as pivot tables or breakdown trees. Make this possible and I would gladly submit a stable version of my Breakdown Trees :).

Please allow subtotals to be named appropriately instead of just "total," and allow grand totals to be called "Grand Total." As others have commented, this entire update of matrices to look and work like pivot tables is a major roadblock to acceptance by finance departments!

Yes - a very needed feature. Additionally, allow us to specify if the "overflow" should wrap, thus taking up more vertical space, or be sized smaller so that it can fit in the space allocated.

Please add a option to format completely the column header. Justify, centralize, bold, italic... all those format option that can make a prettier dashboard.

you should be able to filter by records on a table. for example if you are looking at a table with various brands and want to isolate then all you would need to do is click the brand on the table. this functionality could be controlled via the roller brush settings.

Agreed...this is currently a very limiting oversight. Notes from our project billing module are not easily seen by our project management teams because you can not wrap text within the dashboards

Wrapping for table headers is supported, but I do not see an option to wrap data field values in tables. Much needed, reports with individual scrollbars for each field does not look good!
