Please implement a mechanism to notify the admin and (or) workspace members when a pipeline fails

This would be extremely useful - any ideas when this is to be released?

Agreed! Adding failure notifications for pipelines to alert admins or workspace members would improve monitoring and ensure faster issue resolution.
