Just like you can add a mailto:address.com in a list and make it actionable, you should be able to do the same with a phone number, with something like a tel: or callto: prefix. The ability to tap a phone number and make a call would make the phone layout version of a report much more valuable.

And add a functionality like "start Teams chat with list of persons" (should be aggregated by CONCATENATEX DAX function), "call via MS Teams", "call this phone number when used on mobile device" and other similar variants.

As others have mentioned, it would be very useful to be able to hyperlink the callto: and tel: functions, similar to how you can currently hyperlink a mailto: address.
