Just like you can add a mailto:address.com in a list and make it actionable, you should be able to do the same with a phone number, with something like a tel: or callto: prefix. The ability to tap a phone number and make a call would make the phone layout version of a report much more valuable.

This would be perfect for a Call List that I'm working on that integrates Sales Force data into Power BI. Not sure why they'd implement the "mailto:" and not a phone number option.

Would be awesome to also have recognition of sip: links so that users can click a report in Power BI to start a IM conversation in Teams.

We can open a hyperlink from PowerBI. We can open a blank email addressed to a recipient from Power BI. We should be able to call someone from Power BI using the browser function in edge known as callto:588595. If we have mailto prefix why can't MS implement a callto:
