Personalize visuals : Add setting to allow or not the change of visualization type

There should be an option to allow or not the user to change the visualization type.

The setting should be available for each visual or at report level.

This setting might be helpful when the final users are not so familiar with how the data behaves in the different types of visuals and just want to change or add a dimension / measure to the visual.

This would be a great feature. Less advanced users may struggle changing visual type, but adjusting field or measure would be a more common use case for personalization users. Otherwise users may change the use case of the report and create confusion for themself.
