Personal Workspaces without a Pró-License

Good Afternoon, 

 

We have a problem with use a Personal Workspaces. 

 

When I Have a Personal Workspace and i have a Pro-License of Power BI, we can share without our governance. In a metting with Meha of Microsoft, actually we don´t have any solution with that and recommend to put this on New Idea no Fabric Portal.
