Personal Gateway on retired machine still appearing in Service

I've installed a new "On-Premises" Data Gateway on my personal machine, but the service still shows an old "Personal Gateway" that I installed on a machine that has been retired. How do I remove this old Gateway from the service so that my new "On-Premises" gateway appears in my service?
