Persistent filters: Divide setting for Open on default and Share

I want my reports to always open with the default settings (for filters, slicer, and other data view settings). I've found I can easily do that when I check the report option "Persistent filters - Don't allow end user to save filters on this report.". However, this option also has an effect on the "Share" functionality. Users lose the ability to use the "Share" option in a meaningful way, since the "Include my changes" button is no longer available.

I've asked about this on the forum and as of now there does not seem to be a way to separately control these two features.

Please make it so that the features "Always open report with default settings" and "Include my changes" in the Share functionality can be set separately.
